Dave’s passion is in endurance sport, so I you’re a runner, cyclist or triathlete then Dave is your man to see. He places a focus on using strength and conditioning to help improve your technique and performance.
Everybody’s journey is different, so everyone’s programs are personal and unique. He will work with you to optimise training around your lifestyle, work and family commitments, making sure that your training is achievable, sustainable and fun!
Having competed across a wide range of events, including marathons, Ironman and bike-packing adventures, he can give you real world tips and advice to take on your next challenge.
Dave has worked with beginners through to international level athletes, so whether it’s your first event or you’re chasing a personal best, he can help you achieve those goals.
