JULIET SAUNDERS


Juliet’s health and fitness career spans 23 years, across Australia, the UK and New Zealand. She began as a professional dancer in NZ and Australia and has since worked as a professional fitness coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, including training with Johnny G and the Schwinn indoor Cycling Programs. She has worked for Harper’s in Melbourne, Les Mills International, and the Flagship studios of Holmes Place & Cannons Health Club in London. 

With a broad base of knowledge and experience, as well as her dedication to her clients gives them life-changing body awareness, allowing them to achieve results in minimal time
